This library will contain a variety of resources that include, however is not limited to, the following:

• Case Studies/Tutorials: This will act as a portal for States to learn more about how other States develop, deploy and utilize the WITS System.
   
• Publications: Contains documentation provided by public and private sectors presenting resources to States and their Providers on successful implementation of substance abuse program management techniques.
   
• Best Practices: Samples of applications currently in production that best exemplify the State implementation process.
